Completed Sigil: “I Am Strong, Healthy And Happy”

by , under Demystification, General Sigils

"I am strong, healthy and happy."

“I am strong, healthy and happy.”

This is a follow up to the previous post, showing the finalized version of the sigil. I did a few versions in oil pastel on a large sketchpad, then took a photo with my phone. After that, I pulled it into Photoshop, cleaned it up with a simple desaturate, then ran it through the threshold control to get a clean black and white image. Here’s the result.

Again, this isn’t the sigil itself. It’s just a drawing of a symbol. The sigil is the idea, which I made into a symbol that looked right to me at the moment. If you look at the previous post, there are several other shapes and potential symbols, any of which could have worked. But this one looked right — looked “magical” — and so it went with it for the final version.

When you’re making your own sigils, go with the one that feels the most “right” to you. It’s a symbolic representation of something that’s deeply important to you specifically, and you are the only person who can “activate” it, or imbue it with meaning. Listen to that inner voice that says “That’s it. That’s the one.”
